Where is my order? +

Most orders ship within 48 hours of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. US orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. You can also track your order directly at awakenbeautylab.com/track-order. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days, please reach out and we'll look into it immediately.

How do I return or exchange my order? +

We offer a 30-day guarantee on every order. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, email us at help@awakenbeautylab.com with your order number and we’ll process your refund. No lengthy forms, no hoops, no questions you don’t want to answer.

My product arrived damaged. What do I do? +

We’re sorry to hear that. Email us a photo of the damaged item at help@awakenbeautylab.com and we’ll send a replacement immediately — no need to return the original.

I chose the wrong shade. Can I exchange it? +

Yes. Email us within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and the shade you’d like instead. We’ll arrange an exchange and send the correct shade out to you. If you’re unsure which shade to try, our guide on the Results page breaks down each one in detail.

Do you ship internationally? +

Yes, we ship to most international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Is the Awaken Wand safe for sensitive skin? +

Developed with the delicate skin around the brow area in mind. If you have concerns about a specific ingredient, the full ingredient list is available on the product page.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? +
