Every order is handled with care, from the moment you place it to the moment it arrives at your door.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
We currently ship to US addresses only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Because shipping is a service performed at the time of fulfillment, that cost cannot be returned regardless of the reason for the return.
Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking number to activate after you receive it.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery date, please email us at support@awakenbeautylab.com and we will resolve it promptly.
If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo and we will send a replacement immediately — no need to return the original.
